Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Image & Video Studio, an AI image and video generation workspace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide a workspace for generating images and videos from text prompts, keeping visual characters consistent, assembling multi-scene timelines, and exporting finished masters. Generation is powered by third-party AI models; output quality and availability depend on those providers.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person; sharing accounts to pool quotas is not allowed.

3. Plans, quotas, and billing

• Free ($0/mo): 10 images + 3 videos per month, 5-second clips, watermarked exports.
• Creator ($12/mo): 120 images + 20 videos per month, 8-second clips, no watermark.
• Studio ($29/mo): 400 images + 60 videos per month, 12-second clips, no watermark.
• Quotas reset monthly and do not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• You can cancel anytime from billing inside the app — your paid quota stays active until the end of the billing period, then drops to Free. No partial-month refunds unless required by law; contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

4. Your content and ownership

• You own the prompts you write and the media you generate.
• On paid plans, your renders are yours to use commercially. Free-plan exports carry a watermark and are for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads don't infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute: illegal content; non-consensual intimate imagery; content exploiting minors; hateful or harassing content; spam, malware, or attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. AI-generated output disclaimer

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing works. Review anything you publish or use commercially. We are not liable for how you use generated media.

7. Termination

Either side can end this agreement anytime: you by closing your account (contact support to delete your data), us by suspending accounts that breach these terms. Paid quotas are not refunded on termination for breach.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Material changes to billing will be communicated in advance.
