This policy explains what Image & Video Studio collects and why. The service is operated as an AI image and video generation workspace.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address and password hash (or your Google profile email if you sign in with Google).
• Your content — prompts, uploaded reference images, character vault entries, timelines, and the media you generate. This is what the product is: we store it so your projects persist.
• Usage and quota data — generation counts and plan tier, used to enforce monthly quotas.
• Billing information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe shares only your subscription status with us.
• Technical data — session tokens and basic server logs needed for security and abuse prevention.

How your content is used

• Your prompts and reference images are sent to our media generation provider (fal.ai) to produce the images and videos you request.
• We do not sell your personal data or your generated media.
• We do not use your private prompts or media to train models.

Third parties

• fal.ai — runs the image/video generation models on your prompts.
• Stripe — handles subscriptions and payments.
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" for sign-in.
• Render / Neon — hosting and database infrastructure.

Data retention and deletion

Your projects and media are kept until you delete them or close your account. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact the support email below and we will remove it.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
